I have volunteered to be part of a Mission Trip to El Salvador. This is very different from my normal excursions. I have never been to this part of South America. I understand there is crushing poverty and corruption. I only know how to order coffee, beer and find the bathrooms in spanish. That won't be much use because I will be working in a senior citizens center, replacing toilets and painting. I might be able to help build a chapel too. Jesus reminded the disciples that there will always be the poor. Our mission is to help the least of these, because we are helping him. Please pray for me to grow in faith to love and serve the lord.
